Damaged or Defective
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is damaged or defective, contact us immediately at care@peora.com. We make every effort to inspect items before shipping.
We cannot accept returns on items not in original condition unless a return authorization for damaged items was granted beforehand.
EXCHANGES
Exchange Your Item
Email us at care@peora.com with your order number and what you'd like to exchange for. We'll send you instructions. For domestic exchanges, we cover shipping costs for the new item. For international exchanges, customers cover all shipping costs.
