Warranty

1-Year Manufacturing Limited Warranty

At Peora, we are committed to providing high-quality jewelry and ensuring our customers are satisfied with their purchases. We guarantee that our jewelry will be free from manufacturing defects for one year from the date of the original purchase.

Each piece is made with carefully selected, high-quality materials and undergoes a thorough inspection before being shipped. Because our jewelry is made-to-order and handcrafted specifically for each customer, minor variations may occur. These variations are a natural part of the handcrafted process and are not considered manufacturing defects.

Warranty Coverage

If you believe there is an issue with your jewelry, you may send the item to us for inspection. Once our evaluation is complete, we will let you know if any applicable service or repair fees apply before repairing your jewelry.

For customers in the United States, a shipping label can be purchased to send the jewelry to us (taxes apply). Our expert jewelers will inspect the item to determine whether the damage is covered under the warranty. The shipping fee is refunded in full for all warrantied repairs. We also provide complimentary return shipping for all repairs covered by the warranty.

If the repair is not covered under the warranty, we will provide a repair quote for your approval before any work begins.

What Is Not Covered

All fine jewelry can be affected by normal wear, activities, or accidental damage. This is especially true for rings, since hands are actively used and subject to daily pressure.

The manufacturing warranty does not cover, and is not limited to:

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Lost gemstones

  • Jewelry that has been lost or stolen

  • Scratches

  • Stretched chains or rings

  • Warped or misshapen rings

  • Damage or loss resulting from failure to have necessary repairs performed to maintain the condition and integrity of the jewelry

  • Damage resulting from improper use, cleaning, or storage

  • Discoloration of precious metals resulting from exposure to chemicals, makeup, pools, hot tubs, or bathing

Examples of issues that are considered normal wear or damage rather than manufacturing defects include:

  • Precious metals naturally wearing down over time and requiring maintenance or restoration

  • Prongs snagging, breaking, becoming worn, or bending

  • A gemstone being lost as a result of everyday wear or other accidental damage

We recommend maintaining separate insurance coverage for your jewelry to help cover significant damage, loss, or theft.

Non-Eligible Items

The following items are not eligible for warranty coverage, return, or replacement:

  • Complimentary gifts, such as gifts with purchase. These cannot be exchanged or returned for a refund and will not be replaced if misplaced, lost, or stolen.

  • Fine jewelry that has been altered or serviced by a third party or outside jeweler. This will void warranty services.

  • Peora jewelry purchased through a third party.

*This warranty is not transferable.
**Peora reserves the right to modify or update its policies at any time without prior notice.
