Ready-to-Ship items are processed and shipped within 48 hours of receiving your order (excluding weekends and U.S. holidays).

Made-to-Order items are handcrafted specifically for you and require approximately 10-14 business days for production before they are ready to ship. Once production is complete, your selected shipping method and transit time will apply.

Orders processed Monday to Friday, excluding US Holidays. When choosing a Next Day / 2nd Day delivery option, orders must be placed by 1 PM (PST) Monday to Friday e.g. for delivery Tuesday please place your order by 1 PM Monday, for Monday deliveries please place your order by 1 PM PST Friday. Orders placed after 1 PM (PST) will be dispatched on the next business day.

We have a 45-day return policy, which means you have 45 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Custom and made-to-order items are subject to up to 30% restocking fee.

To start a return, you can contact us at care@peora.com. We'll send you instructions on how and where to send your package.

Buyers are responsible for return postage back to our facility. For domestic orders, we will cover the shipping costs for sending the new item(s) to you in the event of an exchange. However, for international orders, customers are responsible for all shipping expenses, including both returning the item to us and shipping the new item to you.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to send us an e-mail detailing what you'd like to exchange for. We will then send you the appropriate instructions.

Refunds
It takes 5-10 business days for a return to be processed by our team after we've received your package. If your return is approved, you be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Otherwise, we will let you know if a return is not approved. Please note it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
