“Lovely ring; however the return policy is not transparent. The ring was advertised in a specific style that REQUIRED you specify the size, type of metal and whether lab created or natural diamond. After I received the ring I realized the size and setting was not what I wanted. I attempted to return the ring but was advised it was a custom order since I was REQUIRED TO CHOISE type of metal, ring size and natural or lab created diamond. The return would be subject to 30% RESTOCKING FEE.”

“I’m not 100% sure I can recommend Peora yet, as I’m still waiting to receive my purchase. Unfortunately, the package was misdelivered, and I’ve been working with them to get the situation corrected. They have acknowledged the issue and there has been some communication, but it’s now been a couple of days since I’ve received an update. I still haven’t gotten confirmation that my purchase is being shipped to the correct address I provided. I’m hopeful everything will be resolved soon, and I’d be happy to update my review once I receive my purchase.”

“Honestly design is amazing, we love the earring...but all the earrings we got this time around are too big. 4mm is not the total earring size, it's the diamond size. Wish they gave the earring size. Don't forget, if you wear it, even if it's the one without a tag you can't return it, so don't wear at all if you suspect the wrong size.”

“I like the ring I bought and so does my wife. However, the shipping was delayed despite paying for next day delivery. I understand that the piece was custom made, but I was told multiple times that it would arrive before a specific date, and it did not.”

I lost the stone, and had the the ring in my jewel box for years, and had tried ordering other rings, from other places, tried walking into jewelry stores, and no one had Alexandrites or they were too expensive if they were real Alexandrites. Peora can offer 14 KT gold in either white or yellow with a man made stone that are very similar to the real thing. I would highly recommend this company, they sent my ring on time and put in beautiful box. This is a quality company, and they make beautiful jewelry . I am very happy with my purchase.”
